Full spectrum of nutrients
Great tasting Spirulina (if there is such a thing!) and good nutrient density as I'm seeing a difference in my skin and in my exercise performance. I take 1/2 tbsp per day in my smoothies. It does blend however gets stuck to the sides of the blender due to its sticky nature. That's the only minor complaint I have. I like that comes in a container which lets in no light. I've been buying prime chlorella for years, just tried the Spirulina for the first time and now I'm hooked so I take both.
